CANCELLATION POLICY

You will be eligible to cancel your online order with us. If the product has not been shipped at the time of cancellation, refund process will be initiated usually within three working days.

If the product has been shipped by us at the time of cancellation, then we will have to process the cancellation with our logistics partners. This might take 7-9 working days to refund your amount.

If the order is cancelled when the shipment is about to reach you, there may be delivery attempts made by our logistics partners. You can return the shipment to the logistics partners showing your cancellation acknowledgement. You will be charged for the respective logistics happened. Refund time will take 10-15 working days.

If the product is delivered by us and you have accepted the shipment after cancellation, you will be asked to ship it back to us through our preferred logistics partners with proper packing. Once we received the shipment by proper packing and in good working condition, you will get your refund within 30 days. If we face any difficulties with your parcel or find any broken or any other issue, there will be no refund to you. All risk will be incurred by customers.

Though we intend to fulfil all our orders, in events beyond our control we might choose to cancel some orders. These are extreme cases and do not generally happen. In such a case you will be immediately informed and for prepaid orders, the amount will be refund to you within 7 working days.
